Gaji : RM2,500 - RM3,500 Per Month

Kelayakan

• Degree in marketing, business, arts or related field
• Social media savvy - great understanding of different social platforms and paid strategies (IG, FB, etc.)
• Excellent writing skills and content development in English, Bahasa Malaysia and or Mandarin for engagement and conversion
• Excellent in editing and designing using Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or similar software
• Can work well in a team and confident in working independently
• Must have:
• Have great photography and videography taking and editing skills
• Have keen interest in fashion, beauty, skincare, wellness, online shopping

Responsibilities

• The purpose of this role is to attract and engage targeted audience group across and through Social Media. This role is responsible to build and retain engaged communities through a mix of activities and content that entertains and excites: driving reach, frequency, engagement and content consumption.
• Develop marketing materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials, maps) for social media platforms, website and traditional media whenever required
• Responsible for planning, executing and monitoring all activities across Social Media channels. Ensure that we practice storytelling on our Social Media channels and capture new audience potentials
• Ensures Xeoul Clinic is engaging its key target audience across Social Media channels, driving conversion down the funnel to Owned Digital Platforms (xeoulclinic.com)
• Establish consistent, brand fit and inclusive tone of voice of content to drive conversion
• Establish and enhance community management, upgrading audience relations
• Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals
• Increase internal understanding on our Social Media channels and ensuring all activities and content are timely for the changing Social Media environment
• Spearhead innovation for Social Media and seek for potential opportunities for the brand
• Define and monitor Social Media audience behavior
• Responsible for paid strategy and performance; optimization and reporting
• Key person to maintain Social media governance for xeoulclinic.com
• Key videographer and photographer for developing media contents for xeoulclinic.com
• Work as part of a team
