Jawatan Kosong sebagai HR and General Administration Executive
Gaji : RM4,000 - RM6,000 Per Month


Kelayakan
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Administration coordination and General HR
  • Degree in any of HR or admin field
  • Knowledge in HR process, policies and guidelines
  • Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Google apps
  • Able to perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Able to manage time to complete individual tasks and coordinate work with others
  • Displays drive, enthusiasm, self-motivation and teamwork skills
  • Competent hands on practical skills and a good understanding of team- specific activities
  • Displays a level of initiative and pro-activity to resolve difficulties and problems
  • Intermediate knowledge in negotiation skills, problem solving techniques and decision making techniques

Responsibilities
  • General office administration duties
  • On-boarding process for new joiners (creating of employee data into in-house system)
  • Responsible for creating and maintenance of employee personnel files accurately
  • Manage payroll and HR related matters
  • Monitor and maintain employee file records including attendance, absence, leave records, training records etc.
  • Follow-up on probation review and preparation of confirmation letter
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Off-boarding process for leavers
  • Any other admin ad hoc work (e.g. preparing certification of employment letter, memos, letters where relevant)
  • Manage employee grievances with Management
  • Manage travel arrangements for Management employees and clients
  • Maintain good relationship with patients, vendors and co-workers 
  • Participate in HR ops projects or any cross functional project
  • Manager orders and ensure sufficient office assets and supplies e.g. stationery, pantry inventory, etc.
  • Assist to type and compile reports into the clinic’s proprietary system
  • Assist to prepare presentation materials
