Gaji : Upto RM3,000 Per Month
Kelayakan
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law or equivalent
Candidate must be meticulous, committed to providing quality services to clients
Can work to tight deadlines
The nature of the job requires a person with experience and/or qualification in administration, legal, accountancy, taxation, banking, financial services and insurance industry
Good communication skills, independent, has initiative
Able to work under minimum supervision
Tanggungjawab
As Law Advisor :
Provides a full range of legal, including will writing, private trust set-up, estate and trust administration,
Manage a portfolio of cases to advice, structure, draft and administer clients’ wills and trusts
To manage the legal aspects of business to adhere any tax requirement (GST)
Estate and trust administration
Review documents pertaining to the establishment and continuation of private and complex trusts
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws
As HR Advisor :
Be able to handle HR related matter
Can communicate closely with accountant on staff salary & remuneration
