Gaji : RM 2,000 to RM 2,500 per month
Min Education : Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or relevant professional qualification like the Malaysian Institute of Corporate Secretaries (MAICSA).
Tempat Pekerjaan : Ampang Hilir, Kuala Lumpur
They ensure the smooth functioning of an office and provide support to the management team and they provides :-
a) high-level clerical support to an executive, director, or department head-level employee.
b) administrative support to a team or individual within an organization
Their responsibilities include:-
a) Managing : the day-to-day operations of a business, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements,
b) Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as emails, letters, and phone calls
c) Scheduling: Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
c) Filing: Maintaining and updating the filing system
d) Recordkeeping: Keeping records
e) Office supplies: Maintaining office supplies
f) Equipment maintenance: Coordinating equipment maintenance
g) Statutory Compliance: Filing annual returns and other statutory forms with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) within stipulated deadlines. Monitoring changes in company laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Liaising with relevant authorities on company registration and compliance matters.
