Jawatan Kosong sebagai Restaurant Manager 
Gaji : RM3,000.0 - RM3,200.0 Per Month

Kelayakan

• Minimum 3 years working experience as restaurant manager in F&B/Restaurant/Cafe
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
• Must be strong leader & team player
• Must has a good personality / character and good-tempered
• Be able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• To achieve optimal business performance as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety
• Manage and improve efficiency of the outlet through providing leadership, guidance and motivation
• Responsible for pricing, costing and budget management of the outlet
• Responsible for driving up sales in the outlet
• In charge of recruitment, training and developing front staff
• Conduct daily briefings and disseminate company info to the team
• Ensure all operating standards comply with company policies
• Address and handle customers request and compaints promptly
• Oversees restaurant administration, prepare and present regular reports to management 
• Encourage good relationship, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way and multi-culture communications
