- SPM / Diploma
- Experience in accounting and admin.
- Able to start work immediately and willing to work
- Able to work in team
- Able to work in minimum supervision
- Responsible
- Hardworking
- Asssiting directors for paper works
- Mandarin speaking is preferable
Responsibilities
- Responsible to the work that you handle
- To key in data into accounting system
- To handle basic admin tasks
- To update monthly accounting report. (Simplification)
- Assist to key in data in to our system
- Assist in other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Greet and welcome to the visitors and direct them to the office personnel
- Receiving and processing all invoices, expenses(claim) and request for payment .
