Gaji : RM1,800 - RM2,500 Per Month
Kelayakan
Passionate and motivated people
Able to speak in Bahasa and English (fluency in Tamil and Chinese language is an added advantages)
Willing to work flexible hours in an International and challenging environment.
Having experience in remittance, currency exchange or retail business would be a plus!
Tanggungjawab
Responsible for the achievement of store’s sales target, new customer acquisition and retention of existing customers, smooth operation and quality customer service
Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate with employees and customers
Responsible for evaluating candidates, assist in processing new hires' documentation relating to onboarding per Human Resources' guidelines
Ensure staff is properly trained on the rules, regulations and knowledge of remittance payments, money-exchange or other services offered by the company
Execute strategic monthly plan within the assigned store in the areas of marketing, sales, revenue, operational control and expenses
Assist in other tasks, duties and projects as assigned
