Jawatan Kosong sebagai Secretary
Gaji : RM3,000 - RM4,500 Per Month
Kelayakan
Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial Studies / Business Administration or equivalent
At least 1 year or more related working experience
Conversant in written and spoken English and BM
Good in interpersonal skills and able to communication and liaise directly with people at all levels
Ability to work in a team environment
Tanggungjawab
Provides administrative support for the GM such as conducting research, attending meetings, taking minutes, keeping notes, printing & managing documents, booking rooms & conference facilities
Answers and screens phone calls for the GM
Manages the GMs email to filter, highlight urgent correspondence, print attachments and relay all important information to the GM
Manage the schedule and co-ordinates appointments, meetings & events for the GM
Ordering & maintaining stationery & equipment supplies for the HQ
Prepare official correspondence to external parties and internal memo on behalf of the GM
Attend to customer enquiries, complaints & feedback. Forward cases to operation team to carry out investigation & problem resolution & customer recovery
Compile reports and work submissions from other departments to the GM
To perform daily audit to ensure the cleanliness of the entire office interior & exterior compound
Perform other ad-hoc assignments & produce reports as required by the General Manager
