Rolling Shift for Day and Night shift
6-day shift, Mon-Fri: 9a.m-4:30p.m; either one of Sat / Sun (Dayshift)
6-day shift, Mon-Fri: 4p.m-11:30p.m; either one of Sat / Sun (Nightshift)
Possess fundamental English comprehending and writing skills
Actively communicate with the team, able to work under pressure
Passionate about electronic games would be an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
Main tasks would be assisting the operator with daily tasks
Coordinate with operator well and provide guidance to customer service accordingly
Good communication skills and positive attitudes when interacting with customers, and eventually solve the problems with the coordination of the other departments
Familiarize the game in charge and the backstage function, in order to have quick and accurate response for customers' problems
Always on track with the game content and updates
Make sure all communication tools available during working hours, such as game backstage, Facebook, WeChat, Instagram and etc. Handle the issue submitted by customers promptly (usually within 15 minutes), and actively follow-up for those issues which require continuous communication
Regularly gather and organize common issues faced by customers, analyze and provide suggested solution
Pay close attention to the game during holidays. If major in-game problem occurs, record it down and report the problem to superior promptly
