Responsibilities

• Responsible for entire recruitment process including delivery of quality candidates
• Meeting with candidates virtually or face to face
• Participate in roadshow, career fair to attract candidates
• Manage multiple job portals, proactive sourcing and headhunt.
• Other tasks to be assigned from time to time.

Skill

• self motivated and driven by targets
• strong communication skills - verbal and written
• IT and numerical skills
• working towards monthly and annual targets

Requirements

• Degree in HR Management,Business Studies or related discipline
• Candidates with working experience in recruitment agencies would be an added advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Team player with good interpersonal skills,mature,resourceful and independent
• Mobility - can travel if required
