Jawatan Kosong sebagai Sale Administrator Executive

Job Description:

We are the online food product company that based in KL. We are looking for a passionate team member to join us for the following position

1) Perform general office clerical duties which include basic order processing, data entry, account filing, organizing and support team sale order process.

2) Prepare the sales order from the website platform and key in invoices into SQL software

2) Incharge for the packing for the customer stock and check bank payment from the customers.

3) Daily data entry into SQL accounting software

4) Assist team sale in issuing the stock or any activities.

- Diploma or equivalent higher

- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.

- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills and excel

- Independent and fast learner

- Language : English, Bahasa Melayu

- Preferable : Female only

- Location : Jalan Ipoh, KL

- Job Hour : Mon - Friday ( 9-6 pm)

- Poses own transport or public transport

- Salary Range RM 1500- RM 1900, with year end performance bonus
