Jawatan Kosong sebagai Kindergarten Teacher - Seksyen 7, Shah Alam

ACADEMIC

Supporting the mission of TLCP:

-“To instill the love of Islam and knowledge to young children”.

-“To give young learners wonderful and effective learning experiences using best practices in early childhood education”.

- Learn, absorb, practice, and share with other teachers the spirit and content of The Little Caliphs Program (TLCP).

-Ensure that the weekly lesson is discussed and planned with principals / academic coordinators.

-Ensure children lesson plan and reading records are filled, checked and corrected regularly in accordance to TLCP Quality Audit Guideline

-Ensure students’ reading target is achieved and well-strategized

-Ensure children assessment are capture and documented in the Monthly parent's communication book in accordance to TLCP standards

-Ensure assigned kindergarten classroom decorations and teaching aids, and ensure all materials are updated accordingly, always neat, and tidy.

-Mark student books and coordinate all students learning material and maintain the proper arrangement of student learning material in the classroom.

-Manage student teaching and learning to ensure well-organized classroom management

-Assist the principal in ensuring submission and recording of children's progress and documentation to parents / guardians.

-Assist the principal in updating and sharing activities with parents in social media and parents-teacher meetings.

KINDERGARTEN OPERATIONS

-Conduct and monitor children activities in kindergarten such as solat, mealtime, and nap time

-Prepare and train students for events such as Sports Day, Ihtifal and Mini-Concert

-Document student attendance, ensure safety, well being and treat each children with love and care at all time

-Assist principals in updating parents/guardian on children progress and all documents such as Parents Monthly Communication Book, folio, assessment, report are kept in order

-Communicate and work together with other staff to ensure smooth kindergarten academic and operations

-Attend all meeting and event for kindergarten such as fortnightly theme planning, monthly meeting, weekly usrah, daily Ta’alim and teachers training

-Assist children in taking wudhu, taking bath, getting dress, eating and cleaning of themselves.

-Ensure the safety and well-being of all students from arrival of the students to dismissal

-Portray pleasant and islamic images as LCISB Representatives to parents and local community

-Following and comply to SOP, SPP and other guidelines that are set by the management of LCISB

DAYCARE

-Ensure health and safety of children from their arrival and until dismissal

-Execute for school holiday program and teachers’ scheduling

-Ensure smooth operations in preparing and handling food for breakfast, lunch and tea-time
