Jawatan Kosong sebagai Admin

Responsibility

- Handling inbound call from supplier.

- Process daily order from customer via WMS.

- Handling/Follow up customer complaint, feedback/ respond to customer emails.

- To exceed customers expectation in term of customer service and accurate information.

- Update daily sales record

- Work as a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.

- Liaise with customer/ supplier / forwarder on logistic
