- Merely 1 year or even shorter period, you will be our Centre Supervisor
- At least Bachelor Degree or above of education level
- Possess at least 1 year and above of permanent educator's experience
- Understand the knowledge of Chinese language
- Available for Female applicants only
- Passionate about education career
- Creative and result-guarantee's teaching system (we are not tuition centre)
- Need not to spend time over preparing teaching materials and lesson planning
- Those who are dedicated to education and hunger for training are welcome to join us
Responsibilities
- To emphasize and practise company's visions, mission and values
- To emphasize in building win-win relationship with the parents
- To introduce courses to parents and anwer their enquiries professionally
- To focus on children's learning progress, and acquire their particulars
- To take fully control over the centre's operation, and resolve fo any issue on the ground
- To manage and train the team well
- To motivate and lead the team to succeed in driving business development .
