Jawatan Kosong sebagai Accounts Assistant 
 Gaji :  RM2,000.0 - RM2,200.0 Per Month

Kelayakan

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountance/Banking equivalent
• At least 2 years working experience in the related field for Assistant position
• Required skill: MS Excel, Word, etc
• Candidate with Retail experience will be an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills – to deal with customer and external contacts
• Integrity, responsible and multi-tasking
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to work under pressure occasionally to meet certain deadline
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation of monthly report and other daily accounting functions
• To monitor cash positions of the Companies, both daily and monthly eg: Bank Reconciliation, petty cash records and etc
• To prepare payment advice and cheques
• To monitor account payables, payments and collections
• To monitor staff claim and other expenses
• To ensure data and record are kept up to date
• Responsible for other accounting related task
• To liaise with bankers on the financing arrangement for the companies
• Able to handle full set account
• GST implementation works shall be carried out in effective and efficient manner in order to adhere the requirement.
