Jawatan Kosong sebagai Account Assistant 
 Gaji : RM1,800.0 - RM2,200.0 Per Month

Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Certificate in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): PC literate with accounting software e.g. UBS or AutoCount
• Proficient in written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Possess positive attitude, analytical skills and hardworking
• Good initiative and able to work under pressure to achieve targets and deadline

Responsibilities

• Responsible in issuing and ensuring tax invoices issued correctly and accurately.
• Responsible for credit control activities and related matters including making calls, monitoring collections, sending account statement/official receipts etc.
• To prepare and distribute reminders/notification for outstanding accounts.
• Maintain good rapport with customers.
• To assist Senior in accounting functions assigned from time to time.
• Responsible for proper filing of records and other ad-hoc duties
