 Gaji :  RM8,000.0 - RM15,000.0 Per Month

Kelayakan

• 10+yrs in the SAP World including at least 5 years in senior 'Integration Lead' or hands on project management roles. Consulting considered a huge asset
• Completion of 5 or more; full life cycle project implementations 5+ years of client management experience 
• Hands on functional experience in one or more SAP modules required 
• Excellent team building skills. 
• Have high commitment to meet project's target and dateline
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Willing to travel and have high flexibility on project allocation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management of a project throughout its implementation (defining, planning, tracking and managing the project, for identifying key resources and providing the direction they require; meeting project objectives). 
• Provides leadership to cross-functional teams responsible for delivering defined project outputs to time, budget and project quality criteria, and integrates their efforts through blueprint, test planning, data conversion and cutover planning.
• Manage relationship with project stakeholders
• Keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables. 
• Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project's objectives, and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members. 
• Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline.
• Analyze risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action. 
• Escalate issues early about the project to stakeholders. 
• Determine what constitutes successful closure for all parties and sign-off by all parties when closure is attained. 
• Proactively manage project stakeholder satisfaction to position and secure customer reference and success story.
