Jawatan Kosong sebagai Admin Executive 
Gaji :  RM1,800.0 - RM2,300.0 Per Month 

Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• Able to read and write English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently, good negotiation skills.
• Preferably Junior/Senior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & in retailing preferably in F&B  or equivalent.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.

Responsibilities

• Perform office and administrative tasks in support of the company including filing and retrieving documents, photocopying etc and when required.
• Handling of incoming and outgoing telephone calls and answering of emails.
• Responsible and maintain records for petty cash payments and reimbursement of staff claims.
• Assist in filing of the relevant forms and payment processing.
• Prepare Quotation, Purchase Order, Sales Invoice.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
• Maintain and manage office equipment.
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of kitchen and office equipment and report the damage to the building management. (e.g lights, doors air-cond, etc)
• Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
