Kelayakan

• Graduate with a diploma
• 1-2 years’ experience in related field
• Meticulous and pays attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Can communicate in English, Malay & Mandarin.
• Understand basic accounting and can understand the project profit & loss statement
• Team player.
• Eager to learn and explore new events technology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Words, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotation as per instruction from salesperson
• Follow up on status of quotations and customer purchase order for confirmed jobs.
• Instructions to accounts to bill client as per agreed payment terms
• Coordinate with client on details of deployment
• Ensure sufficient stock quantity and accurate pricing in quotations.
• Assist salesperson to monitor costings to ensure profitability
