Jawatan Kosong sebagai Account Executive 
 Gaji :  RM3,000.0 - RM3,500.0 Per Month 

Kelayakan

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent from an accredited college/university 
• At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Experience in external audit is an added advantage
• Competent knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Competent knowledge in accounting software e.g. Autocount 
• Knowledge of consolidation will be an added advantage 
• Possess good interpersonal skills, independent and great commitment to ensure timely reporting

Responsibilities

• Ensure all accounting records are maintained in accordance with the accounting standards
• Perform month end closing and prepare monthly management accounts 
• Perform analysis of financial statements and investigate variances
• Review and calculation of month end accruals 
• Prepare and post journal entries to the accounting system
• Prepare accurate and timely information for budget monitoring and variance analysis
• Maintain an up-to-date assets register for the company and other relevant record keeping files
• Maintain an efficient, timely and compliant payroll function
• Perform payroll processing activities, including computing wage, overtime, incentive, and bonus payment, calculating and recording payroll deductions, process requests for advance pay and process termination
• Prepare expenses and staff claim
• Liaise with external parties such as external auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements
• Follow up on the long and outstanding fees for the student - to issue reminder letter to the student who is inactive, drop or withdraw status with outstanding fee
• Assist in the preparation of audit 
• Periodically monitor and review aged debtors 
• Prepare inter-company billings 
• Perform ad-hoc and other Finance initiatives assigned
