Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least SPM
• Candidate must fluently in Malay, English and Mandarin.
• Excellent ability to work on your own initiative
• Basic work experience in the related field and admin
• Must be dependable, flexible and an excellent time keeper
• Good rapport with the team
• Love of tinkering and problem solving
• An inquisitive, fun-loving personality. We like people who are curious about how things work!

Responsibilities

• Administers payment and attendance of staffs
• Issue invoices and sales support
• Perform general administrative duties including photocopy, fax, and mailing
• Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Willingness to engage youth science and technology training and education.
• Good computer and English.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to execute ad-hoc duty assigned by superior
• Administrative Writing Skills, Verbal Communication, Maintaining Employee Files, Compensation and Wage Structure, Orienting Employees, Benefits Administration
