Jawatan Kosong sebagai Human Resource cum Admin Assistant 
Gaji : RM2,200.0 - RM3,000 Per Month

Kelayakan

• Must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related field.
• Self-motivated, proactive and a team player.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in related field.
• Possess own vehicle.
• Required language(s) both verbal & written: Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft office.

Responsibilities

• Handling staff attendance & monitor staff leave record from time to time including annual leave and medical claim.
• Handling full spectrum payroll
• Assist in Preparing Monthly HR report such as headcount, total HR cost, and organization chart.
• Attend to immigration for foreign worker/expatriate permit inclusive of cancellation, renewal and others endorsement.
• Attend to government department for any related issue such as stamping, complain, abscond issue or other statutory as per request.
• Assist in issue letter such as appointment, confirmation, appraisal, transfer and etc.
• Responsible in uniform Inventory movement.
• To conduct hostel inspection from time to time to ensure meet company's rules & regulations.
• Other admin works as and when assigned by superior.
