Jawatan Kosong sebagai Branch Manager 
Gaji : RM3,500.0 - RM6,000.0 Per Month

Kelayakan

• Minimum 3 years experience in customer services & sales.
• Minimum 1 year experience in people management, preferably retail outlet is an added advantage.
• Training on Strip’s products & services will be provided.
• Entrepreneur skills.
• Good problem solving skills & strategic thinker.
• Team player with positive and enthusiastic mindset.
• Influencing skill for sales & staff.
• Well-groomed and impactful at first sight.
• Pro-active, initiative, independent, resourceful, meticulous with a sense of dependability.
• Possess integrity and ethical.
• Working knowledge of POS will be added advantage.
• Must be able to speak & write in Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations and procedures of retail outlet are adhered – such as ambience maintained as per prescribed standards, staff grooming, zero inventory discrepancy.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales & promotions, policies regarding payment & exchanges, and security practices.
• Ensure retail outlet achieves sales targets, including to provide learning intervention of under-performing staff in sales.
• Compute sales prices, total purchases & receive & process cash & credit payment.
• Ensure customers receive the highest standard of servicing.
• Build good rapport & conversation with customers to make them feel comfortable.
• Manage the staff performances on regularly basis.
• Provide counseling, handle discipline & staff grievances and to provide necessary intervention for under-performing staff.
• Prepare work schedules and ensure sufficient manpower for all shifts
