Gaji : RM6,000.0 - RM9,000.0 Per Month

Kelayakan

• 3-5 years’ work experience and technical knowledge in custom fabrication and factory automation.
• Own customer base of relative field
• Knowledge of engineering

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales through current & potential customers in accordance with strategy
• Service current customer base to maintain and grow existing business
• Account Management including but not limited to daily sales calls, customer visits, development of demand forecast, management and execution of account plans, growth funnel; analysis of existing sales by customer by product, across customers
• Manage Customer Satisfaction by communicating customer needs, risks, opportunities; circumstances affecting customer satisfaction including complaints, industry news and competitor activity; recommend & manage improvement actions and manage satisfaction with support functions including Product Management, Technical Services, Quality
• Lead projects in support of customer needs
• Work with pricing to create new pricing proposals, implement pricing initiatives with customers, & maintain or improve profitability
