Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Project Management related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably those with exposure in business management.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
• Highly motivated and able to work under high pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence
• Responsible for daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations
• Translation of documents, reports and correspondences
• Liaise with authorities, agencies, etc as assigned by the superior
• Pre-reception tasks including information collation of visiting guest, contact and communication of relevant personnel and reception of goods
• Assist in guest reception in day to day operation
• To undertake any tasks as assigned from time to time.
