Gaji : RM4,000.0 - RM5,000 Per Month

Kelayakan

• Must possess at least a recognized Degree/Diploma in Accountancy/other professional qualification in accounting
• At least 4 years working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Must be computer literate, preferably with Accounting Software knowledge.
• Attentive to details, good analytical skills, positive and enthusiastic.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work with others as a team and possess good personalities.
• Dynamic and multi-tasking capabilities with effective time management techniques.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Time, cost, quality and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• To assist the Finance Manager on accounting activities of the company.
• Preparation of budgets, forecast, financial accounts, management reports, costing and project feasibility studies.
• To provide accurate and timely financial information for decision making.
• To assist in cash flow management.
• To provide forecast, budget and other financial information as required by the management.
• To assist in ensuring company’s account comply with company’s policies, procedures, statutory requirement and tax compliance.
• Administer and ensure effective accounting procedures including credit control and AR monitoring.
• Compiling of Costing Report and preparation of Actual Cost Report.
• Checking of weekly and monthly cash flow statement.
• Responsible on company’s credit control.
• To ensure safe keeping of accounting records.
• To implement relevant policies and procedures as required by the QHS management system.
• To attend internal audit training and to conduct internal audit as and when required by the company.
• To undertake any duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
