Jawatan Kosong sebagai Hotel Operations Supervisor 
Gaji : RM2,000.0 - RM2,500.0 Per Month

Kelayakan

• Diploma or equivalent tertiary education required
• Minimum X years experience in hospitality, X years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to logically and independently plan, organize, and complete work; initiative; well-developed inter-personal skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to conduct analyses and generate reports to reflect findings; direct a work force, provide support to team members and delegate job duties

Responsibilities

• This role will be Responsible for assisting the day to day operations of the Hotel Team.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the leadership team of the front desk/reservations and housekeeping operations
• Is responsible for guiding and directing hotel team members to ensure all service requirements are understood and met
• Ensure compliance to all rules, regulations and procedures
• Evaluate and monitor team member performance on an ongoing basis
• Assist in managing hotel reservation/inventory system
• Assist in the processing of all electronic and fax reservations including, monitoring procedures for entering and filing these requests
• Schedule team members to ensure all areas and shifts are adequately covered
• Initiate and direct heavy cleaning so that the highest level of productivity is maintained and completion schedules are met
• Cross-train team members for all shift-related duties and responsibilities
• Hire line team members for all positions
• Develop, evaluate and recommend team members for promotions
• Other job-related duties as assigned
