Jawatan Kosong sebagai Sales Admin / Admin (Mandarin Speaker)

Gaji : RM2,000 - RM3,500 Per Month


Kelayakan

• At least 2 years to 3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Details oriented & meticulous.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Able to converse in Mandarin (primary), English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently and good command in written Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Self-motivated, proactive & results-oriented.      

Tanggungjawab

• Assist sales & support on all administrative & sales workloads.
• General office administration tasks: - Filing important documents in appropriate places in a timely manner, distribution of documents, stationary, handle queries, tasks & resolve issues which may arise relating to set procedures within the department & provide information to others, seeking guidance where necessary.
• Check data accuracy in sales orders, delivery orders, invoices & sales documentations.
• Follows up on customer payments & documents, prepare & issue all required letters & billings.
• Maintain & update sales & customers record.
• Providing data & reports to help the sales team keep track of sales targets & keep track on sales team movement.
• Assist with marketing campaign & premium items ordering.
• Compile monthly sales & collection report.
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as & when required.
