Kelayakan

• Candidate must be having work experience in the Property Management in Property / Real Estate line
• At least 3 year (s) working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience in the IFCA software
• Applicants must be Willing to work in Klang
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in basic languages (English and Bahasa Malaysia). Known in Mandarin & Chinese Dialects will be added advantage

Tanggungjawab

• To manage & assist with day to day functions of the property management department
• To manage handling the clients’ complaints
• To manage handling the collection fee from client
• To compose and prepare correspondences, reports, bills, and any documentations from the Immediate Superior
• To doing in the date entry and filling
• To perform any others duties & responsibilities with the Company may assign from time to time
