Kelayakan
Posses minimum a Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
At least 2 years of secretarial experience
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
Excellent with written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu
Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, multi-tasking
Able to travel outstation and overseas
Able to work long hours
Prefer Male candidate
Tanggungjawab
Responsible for all secretarial and administrative duties, personal and corporate matters
To manage meeting schedules, correspondence, emails, call screening
Handling travel plan, flight arrangement, accommodation, transportation, events, etc
Tactful in handling private and confidential matters
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management staff and business associates
Attend and prepare internal and external meeting minutes when required
Organize and maintain files and records
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management
