Permohonan adalah dipelawa daripada warganegara Malaysia yang berkelayakan untuk mengisi kerja kosong di  Ria Money Transfer. [IME, the first non-bank remittance service provider in Malaysia was acquired by Ria Financial Services ("Ria") in 2015.]


Jawatan Kosong sebagai Recruitment Consultant 

Gaji :  RM3,200 - RM3,800 Per Month


Kelayakan
Recruitment Consultant (Chinese speaker)
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Q Sentral.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Tanggungjawab
Responsible for the recruitment and selection functions so as to ensure manpower are adequate at all times and are in accordance to the company’s policies and procedures.
Identify and analyze the hiring need and headcount. Continuously review and improve for all positions through competency based selection tools.
To ensure vacant positions are timely filled according to the operational needs
To ensure all employment letters are prepared and disseminated
To circular monthly staff movement to relevant department
