Gaji : RM3,000 - RM4,000 Per Month
Kelayakan
Chinese Speaking Production and Material Planner
Candidate must possess at least a certificate or Diploma in any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work independently & committed.
Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Excel
Full-Time position(s) available.
Tanggungjawab
To work closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse and Procurement Divisions to gather information for production and materials planning.
To prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly production schedule and materials requirement and forecast using production planning software
To prepare monthly report on Production Schedule and Materials Planning against Work Order requirement and commitment.
To maintain an accurate material usage and inventory level by processes
To closely monitor material flow and inventory to ensure sufficient materials for production process.
To evaluate and report any production and materials limitation which will affect production schedule with urgency to immediate Supervisor and Production Manager.
To prepare and coordinate issuance of raw materials, components (accessories) and semi-finished products for daily and/or weekly production schedule.
To participate in quality meetings on production materials and process with QA, Production, Technical & Sales Teams and take necessary action in relation to production, material planning and rescheduling.
Any other tasks as assigned by the Production Manager..
