Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker)
Preferred candidates with customer service experience or equivalent
Good communication, patient, team spirit, cheerful personality
Candidates must have at least SPM / diploma in any field
Required skills: Microsoft Window
Five-day system, shift
Language: need to be proficient in Chinese and have excellent writing skills
Tanggungjawab
Telephone customer service
Responsible for contacting the customer on the phone
Detailed records and verify the customer's advice, questions, analysis and timely reply
Collect customer details and to create a case
Can play as a team member
Online service
Responsible for online customer consultation and Q & A, customer consultation needs, to provide effective solutions
Obtain and record with customer requirements and information
Through consultation and proposal, improve quality of the service, enhance customer satisfaction for the overall company
Responsible for the first consultation with the customer, follow up in timely and accurately and provide feedback at the same time for customer needs
Responsible for the follow-up monitoring of the effect of the results and always remind yourself to follow up with customer
