Gaji : RM1,800 - RM2,800 Per Month
Kelayakan
Passionate and motivated people
Able to speak in Bahasa and English (fluency in Tamil and Chinese language is an added advantages)
Willing to work flexible hours in an International and challenging environment.
Having experience in remittance, currency exchange or retail business would be a plus!
Tanggungjawab
To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows) and across a range of official system and applications (ex: Windows 7/8/10, LAN,WAN, Active Directory, MS Office, Networking, printers etc).
Sound Technical knowledge, troubleshooting and prior support experience.
Must have good knowledge of ITIL Processes. ITIL Foundations certification can be a plus but not required.
Good experience in Incident Management, Request fulfillment.
Document all customer interactions in addition to the troubleshooting steps in ITSM ticketing tool.
Act as a single point of contact between End user and other resolver groups for all IT Related issues.
Prior experience in Network Monitoring will be an added advantage.
To accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system SDP –Service Desk Plus.
To install and configure new IT equipment.
