Full-time / Part-time (4-6 hours / week)
Age is between 24-35 years, male are preferred
Must attach with the Mandarin resume
Minimum Education level: SPM qualification
Proficient in English and Mandarin, but also other languages is an advantage
Have a motivated, responsible, and good working attitude and discipline
Able quickly deal with and solve the problem
Have basic computer skills and knowledge (words, excel, power point)
Accommodation provided for Outer slope people (Negotiable)
Possess at least 3 years of similar working experience
Tanggungjawab
Supervise and manage a full range of human resources, management and training functions for managers to booking flight tickets and hotels
Responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support for all human resources functions, including recruitment and selection, manpower planning, employee records, salary and benefits, employee relations, training, performance appraisal, compensation, career development to meet managerial objectives handles daily task
Handle and advise on management disciplinary issues, employee counseling and complaints, termination and other employee relations matters, compliance with local labor laws and immigration of foreign workers matters
Periodically review and update employee' job responsibilities and job descriptions
Ensure the implementation of corporate policies, SOP, rules and regulations, and monitor compliance to meet company goals and employee' needs
