Jawatan Kosong sebagai E- Commerce Executive

Gaji : RM3,000 - RM3,500 Per Month


Kelayakan
Candidate must possess Diploma Bachelor Degree in IT, Commerce, marketing or equivalent.
At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Independent, self-motivated with strong of responsibility.
Poses good communication skill and well verse in English
Required skill(s): Online Trading, Online Selling, Online Advertisement, Sales, online Marketing, MS Office.


Tanggungjawab
To establish product listing in various e-commerce website
Plan, organize and co – ordinate of product shots, updated of product lists to e- commerce site.
Perform product replenishment and ensure e-commerce sites are updated accordingly.
Perform housekeeping of product on e – commerce sites.
Manage online customer service (email inquiries, question, instant messaging)
To complete and coordinate product fulfillment and delivery to customer.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries/issues in a timely manner.
