Jawatan Kosong sebagai Admin Assistant  

Gaji :  RM1,800 - RM2,200 Per Month


Kelayakan
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Power Point & Excel)
Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in other secretarial position
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in English and Mandarin
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / ''O'' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / ''A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field


Tanggungjawab
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Proficiency in English
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
