Jawatan Kosong sebagai Service Desk Quality Evaluator 
Gaji :  RM2,000 - RM4,000 Per Month

Bachelors degree preferred
Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
Product or industry-specific experience
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of experience performing Quality Assurance in a call centre environment preferred.
In particular, experience in the following areas is essential:
Significant understanding of technical support processes, customer technologies and applications
Fluency in written and spoken English on B3 level. SPM Results
Depending on supported project target language requested on B3-Level (could be also Bahasa Melayu). SPM Results
Ability to translate documents
Extensive experience with MS Excel and MS SharePoint
Own initiative and ability to propose new solutions when facing problems
Delivering targets and plans according to agreed deadlines
Ability to work under pressure
High sense of responsibility
Very good skills in using MS Office products
Professional demeanour, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information.
Must have familiarity with Internet software and Windows operating systems.

Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Collect and compile statistical quality data
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
Responsible for document management systems
Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
Monitor agents’ transactions, calls as review emails and chat for accuracy of information and call handling standards.
Ensure that agents are delivering a high level of customer service and technical support.
Deliver coaching feedback to agents on their performance.
