Kelayakan
Diploma in any discipline preferably in HRM or Business Administration with min 1 years hands on experience.
Good understanding on Labor Laws
Basic principles of Human Resource Management
Good personality and interposal skills.
Negotiation, coaching, communication and counseling skills.
Computer literate..
Tanggungjawab
To prepare the relevant documents on HR static and others.
Training to low level personnel.
Efficient and consistent payroll.
To ensure and accurate and up to date payroll and benefits records.
To check and preparing O.T payroll along with Sales Person monthly claim.
To provide effective advice and coaching to the workforce.
To coordinate and assist for any training programs plan.
To prepare monthly punch card.
Preparing all HR official letters.
To prepared KWSP, SOCSO, HRDF, ZAKAT etc.
To prepared ISO documentation.
