Gaji : RM5,000 Per Month
Kelayakan
Minimum 5 years working experience
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent
Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese dialects
Knowledge in computer literature and familiar with Ms Office, Ms Projects and AutoCAD is an advantage
Preferably experience in switchboard manufacturing environment. Candidate with experience in electrical contracting work / electrical design are encouraged to apply.
Strong team player, dynamic and result oriented, able to work hard in order to complete a task given successfully
Male is an advantage
Tanggungjawab
To assist Production Director in the overall production planning, execution and coordination
To lead and manage production team to achieve company’s manufacturing goal
To plan, organise, direct and control resources to maximize utilization to meet production schedules
To initiate problem solving and trouble shoot manufacturing process in order to avoid delivery delays
Work with project managers to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget
Coordinate and supervise site workforce, work progress and quality control of sub-contractor
Coordinate testing & commissioning works
Ensure quality of work is up to specific requirements
Develop training for production personnel to achieve production efficiency
Timely production reports, update specifications and work procedures
Ensure work site safety and health requirements are maintained and practiced at all times
Responsible for quality standards and system training to ensure compliance
Investigate customer complaints, evaluate problems and recommend solutions
