Jawatan Kosong sebagai Credit Recovery Officers - In House & Field Visit
Gaji : RM1,300 - RM2,000 Per Month
Kelayakan
Diploma / Graduate or Minimum SPM with good credits.
Experience in Collection field would be an added advantage.
Must be able to converse in English & B.Melayu.
Willing to work long hours and weekends.
Valid License - Motorbike / Car (Male).
Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
Computer literate and numerate.
Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
High communication skill needed.
Must be agressive and fast learner.
Tanggungjawab
Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect/ remind the payment for overdue bills, loans or other payments.
To make outbound calls and remind them of their payments.
To achieve individual / group targets in order to be entitled for Incentive Scheme
Make a plan on how you collect the customer’s debt (payment).
Explain and clarify on non-payment and other product services.
Persuade, negotiate and work with customers / clients to make workable repayment arrangements.
Effectively follow-up promise to pay with customers / clients.
Ensure the accounts are worked and followed-up thoroughly and in a timely manner.
