Jawatan Kosong sebagai Account & Admin Executive 

Gaji : RM2,000 - RM2,600 Per Month


Kelayakan
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowing Mandarin is an advantage
Education Background: Diploma / Degree in Accountancy
Experience: At least 2 years of experience handling full set of accounts, preferably in a trading company.
Knowing Intuit Quickbooks accounting system is highly preferred as we are using it currently.
Knowledge of taxation including GST
Age: 22-38
Gender: Female


Tanggungjawab
Prepare daily customer invoice and wait stock list.
Schedule driver’s daily routine on delivery and pick up of goods.
Stock count and maintain proper inventory system.
Maintain an efficient control system of filling and records, for example keep invoice and delivery order into relevant arch file.
Manage full set of Accounts and ensure that monthly and quarterly closing schedules are met
Prepare tax reports (GST/Corporate Tax) and submissions in accordance to Malaysia Tax regulation
Prepare staff payroll and statutory contributions
To attend to phone calls, faxes and emails
