Permohonan adalah dipelawa daripada warganegara Malaysia yang berkelayakan untuk mengisi kerja kosong di  Next Trend Publications Sdn Bhd. [SISTERS was first published in 1970 and has since established herself as one of the leading Chinese magazine in Malaysia which includes both East and West Malaysia; Brunei and Indonesia; and with the same edition of the magazine].

Jawatan Kosong sebagai Account And Admin Assistant.
Gaji : RM2,800.

Kelayakan

• At least 3 years working experience in full set of accounts
• Able to work independently, self-motivated able to meet timeline and perform well under pressure
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Full Time position(s) available, Immediate availability would be advantage
• Required language(s): Able to speak and read Mandarin is a compulsory, English and Bahasa Malaysia 
• Malaysian Chinese Citizen only

Tanggungjawab

• Prepare sales commission & target incentive
• Preparing invoicing, petty cash payment
• Debtors collections & outstanding in controlled
• Manage general ledger, monthly bank reconcillation to support month end schedule
• Responsible for GST computation and submission of GST return
• Liaise with extrenal auditor, tax agent, company secretary and bankers
• Responsible in handling payroll, EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, ensure generation of EA Form & submission of Borang E-majikan
• Handle all audit & Tax  related matters
