Gaji : RM2,500 - RM4,000


Kelayakan

• Candidate should possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Mass Communication, Business Management, Finance or equivalent.
• Have personal car.
• Minimum relevant working experience of 2- 3 years. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under minimum supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Pleasant interpersonal skills.
• Possesses initiative, reliability and a sense of responsibility.
• Attention to details.
• Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different task.
• An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion, honest and trustworthy.
• Freshgraduate is encouraged to apply.

Tanggungjawab

• Providing administrative support to the DIRECTOR, e.g., handling independently correspondences and coordination to facilitate effective and efficient management of the Company.
• Represent the Company in the absence of DIRECTOR and ensuring that the constant flow of information and communication with staff, customers, etc., are dealt with effectively.
• Coordination and ensuring that reports are submitted in a timely manner.
• Attending Management Meetings, being responsible for the notices, agendas and resultant minutes.
• Responsible for the DIRECTOR's calendar, travel arrangements, welfare and well-being.
• Assist in all admin matters assigned by DIRECTOR.
