Jawatan Kosong sebagai Administrative Clerk 

Gaji : RM1,500 - RM2,600


Kelayakan

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / ”O” Level, Higher Secondary / STPM / “A” Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience or previous working experience in the related field will be added advantage.
• Computer literacy & proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power Point, in particular)
• Good written and communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Responsible & must be able to work in fast pace working environment independently, multitasking, willing to learn and make career advancement.

Tanggungjawab

• Prepare insurance sales illustration based on insurance agent requirements and customer information
• Assist in the preparation and submission of insurance-related information and documents
• To assist in data entry, updates and to ensure proper maintenance of documentation and records and filing according to company policy and procedure.
• To organize and maintain proper office filing and record system
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing etc
• Sending and receiving documents by courier / parcel and distribute to the relevant personnel.
• In charge of administrative duties and perform other special assignment and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.
