Jawatan Kosong sebagai Accounts Receivable Assistant / Executive
Gaji : RM2,000 - RM2,500 Per Month
Kelayakan
Diploma or Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent disciplines.
At least two years of relevant experience is required.
Required skill(s) : Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge in SAP System will be an advantage.
Ability to multi-task and work well under deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical skills, meticulous and result-oriented.
Mature, sound positive work ethic and integrity.
Effective communication and team player skills.
Tanggungjawab
Assist with the development of policies and procedures for credit application processes and the maintenance of credit for client accounts.
Deal with payment and all credit related queries received from internal and external clients (NKA customer).
Ensure overdue accounts are collected and ensure clients are appropriately advised regarding payment terms.
Assist with the collection and distribution of credit reports relevant to the business.
Update all the client accounts into SAP System on timely.
To manage bad debts provision and long overdue analysis.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
