Kelayakan
Candidate must be having work experience in the Property Management in Property / Real Estate line
At least 3 year (s) working experience in the related field is required for this position
Experience in the IFCA software
Applicants must be Willing to work in Klang
Excellent communication skills and fluent in basic languages (English and Bahasa Malaysia). Known in Mandarin & Chinese Dialects will be added advantage
Tanggungjawab
To manage & assist with day to day functions of the property management department
To manage handling the clients’ complaints
To manage handling the collection fee from client
To compose and prepare correspondences, reports, bills, and any documentations from the Immediate Superior
To doing in the date entry and filling
To perform any others duties & responsibilities with the Company may assign from time to time
