Jawatan Kosong sebagai Warehouse / Logistic Supervisor
Gaji : RM2,200 - RM3,000 Per Month
Kelayakan
Must have 1 to 2 years working experience in related field.
Must be a strong leader, able to lead a diverse team of leads, drivers and warehouse workers.
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/Powerpoint).
Forklift training certificate.
Must have the ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under various time constraints.
Principals, practises and procedures of warehouse environment.
Knowledge of business and management principals involved in strategic planning, leadership technique, production methods and coordination of people and resource.
Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations.
Tanggungjawab
Lead a group of associates to complete assigned duties and tasks.
Teach and train a group of associates in safety and have them perform efficiently.
Assign workers to accurately assemble all customer's orders and ship within a specified timeframe.
Assign workers to receive, count stock, replenish and manage merchandise.
Coordinates the loading and dispatching of all routes.
Arrange to deliver merchandise to customers and contact sales personnel and/or customer for any delivery schedule adjustments.
Communicates with inbound and outbound internal & thirt party carrier.
Lead in route planning for internal & thirt party carrier.
Assist in providing maintenance schedule to the internal carrier.
Assist in audit of stock inventory.
Assist in establishing operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handle and disposal of merchandise and keep accurate warehouse inventory.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
