Kelayakan
Able to perform general maintenance work on carpentary, plumbing, wiring and etc.
Min 2 years working experience in high rise residential / commercial building.
Flexible working hours.
Basic Microsoft Office.
Posess at least a Professional Certificate or Electrical Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga or equivalent.
Tanggungjawab
Assist to monitor and carry out daily maintenance and general repairing work.
To troubleshoot and restore services to normal operations in the event of breakdown.
To liase and coordinate with vendor/ service provoider/supplier on building maintenance and service matter.
To make daily routine and quality inspection on the building and facilities services.
To attend complaints, check and ensure all defect rectification work complete within timeline given.
To perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance as per schedule.
To organize and monitor the progress of assign tasks from inception to completion as per schedule.
To perform other adhoc duties and when assigned by superior.
Must be proficient in the company's accounting system, Autocount
