Jawatan Kosong sebagai Administrative Executive 

Gaji : RM2,500 - RM3,000 Per Month


Kelayakan
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Diploma or equivalent
Required skill(s): Oakstone Accounting Software, MS Word & Excel
Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
At least 2 or 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Logistic experience will be add advantage
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
2 Full-Time position(s) available


Tanggungjawab
Assist in General & Administrative duties
Assist in Purchasing & Inventory Control & Logistic Planning (Logistic experience will be add advantage)
Assist in Customer Service & Support
Handling sales documentation, billing collection and leasing documentation
Preparation of weekly and monthly sales report, customer aging, proper recording customer databases
Checking Documentation submit by Outsources & Staff claim must be complete and submit to Finance department
To prepare licence application or renewal
